What if everyday meals no longer had to be a source of uncertainty?
Living with Crohn’s disease means making decisions every day. What can I eat? What makes me feel better? How can I create an eating plan that I can realistically follow in the long term?
The Crohn Code is more than just a cookbook or another dietary guide. It is a practical system built on years of personal experience and feedback from thousands of people living with Crohn’s disease, designed to help you navigate everyday food choices with greater confidence and safety.
What Makes It Different?
The Crohn Code approach is not about taking more and more foods away from you. Instead, it shows you how thoughtful ingredient choices and the right preparation methods can help you bring more of the foods you love back into your everyday meals.
What’s Inside the Crohn Code?
Meet Andrea Walter!
With a background in healthcare, Andrea Walter has unfortunately experienced the difficult journey of living with Crohn’s disease herself. She has lived through the pain, uncertainty, surgeries, and the challenge of starting over. Over the years, she gathered and documented her own experiences, using them to develop a dietary approach that now provides practical support to many people living with Crohn’s disease in their everyday lives. The book is not based on theory, but on real-life experience, everyday challenges, and practical solutions. In many cases, the solution was not a long list of restrictions, but making thoughtful ingredient substitutions and rethinking the way meals are put together.
